We’re looking for a supplier to provide facilities management services at the European Marine Science Park.

Facilities management – supplier opportunity

We’re looking for a supplier to provide Facilities Management services at the European Marine Science Park (EMSP), initially at Malin House, and then additionally at our brand-new property, Camas House, due to open in October 2025.

The three-year contract will start on 13 January 2025. We’re looking for someone to cover hard and soft FM services including managing the properties and common spaces, as well as tenant liaison.
